Sam Houston is an attorney at Williams & Associates, P.A. whose practice concentrates in the areas of taxation, business, and estate planning and administration, with an emphasis on tax controversy matters. Sam graduated from Florida State University’s College of Law with Honors and is finishing his Master of Laws in Taxation (Tax LLM) at the University of Florida part time. Sam brings to the Foundation his experience with helping for-profit and non-profits form their business plans/entities; navigate transactions; resolve tax issues; maintain tax compliance; and helping trustees, board members, and business owners with risk mitigation and related administration/governance matters.
