Yarileen is a strategic people and operations leader with experience advancing workforce strategy, organizational systems, and operational execution that support long-term performance and stability. She serves as General Manager of Talent Acquisition at Delta Air Lines, where she leads large-scale hiring strategy across Airport Operations.

She also serves as Executive Director, Advisory Services for Yield Performance Advisory Group, where she advises organizations on operational strategy and leadership systems. As a board member of the Ralph W. Turner Foundation, she contributes governance perspective and operational insight to support initiatives that expand access to education and opportunity.
